We give a one-hour free consultation. Our fees are based on the amount of time and number of transactions you need recorded. We have a monthly minimum for bookkeeping and providing continuing on-line support. Our fees are very competitive. We strive to provide quality service at a reasonable cost.

Yes we can. We know how to get you registered with the state, get your ID numbers and help your determine what type of entity you want to be.

Yes! Many of our clients started as a book clean up service then stayed with us because of our other services. We can help you clean up your books and help you stay cleaned up by reviewing them once a month or once a quarter.

To us a small business means anything from a one person sole proprietorship to a corporate business with as many as 20 employees. We have companies which have revenue anywhere from $20,000 a year to $5,000,000 a year.

We have data protocols to keep our client’s data safe at our office. Additionally, most of our data is stored on an Intuit safe site. We are even able to pass sensitive information back and forth from their server.

That depends. If you can furnish us with copies of the returns in question we can. We know that notices can be confusing. We do speak IRS.
